The New Trails Intensive

These sessions will help you get more in tune with your body and mind so you can start to build strength and confidence physically, mentally and emotionally. Becoming stronger and confident is SUPER important as it will push you forward throughout your life. This program will empower you to lead the life you want and become more confident to be authentically YOU.

Here’s what goes down (in terms of mobility and strength training):

  • We dig into where you are now and where you want to be

  • Know what success (results) looks like to you and what that does for you

  • Finding out what’s most important to you and why

  • Start working through those obstacles

  • Dive into what needs to change

  • Understand what support and encouragement you need

  • Have a plan to attack each day/week/month - this is critical to have in writing so you have a strategy for mobility and strength training that fits your life

  • Tools to help you now and continue to help you focus on what you can control and be your authentic self
